FrolicWare tempers account data down to what the service needs. This policy shows the material collected and how to have it removed.
Material entering the forge
FrolicWare receives the identity name and email, 21+ assurance, credential hash, and confirmation state chosen for an arena pass. System heat readings include browser, device, referral, page, and error.
How material is shaped
The forge turns those inputs into secure entry, optional event notices, abuse defense, broad attendance measures, and repairs. It never sells passes or prices a person by game activity.
Outside tools
Session cookies keep the pass active. Cloud, email, and security tools work limited material under instruction; disclosure to authorities requires an applicable and valid demand.
Cooling the record
Telemetry is quenched on operational cycles. Pass data lasts until deletion and any justified protection period. privacy@frolicware.com accepts control requests, including notice of a pass created by someone under 21.
